L'anello ruota attorno al Lago Trasimeno, comprendendo il territorio umbro al confine tra Lazio e Toscana. Il percorso si snoda lungo le sponde del lago per poi immergersi nel paesaggio collinare che caratterizza il territorio a sud fino a Marsciano, per poi affrontare la salita del Monte Peglia e ricongiungersi con l'anello UGT-SUD sul lago di Corbara. Il percorso poi prosegue nel territorio collinare orvietano attraversando numerosi centri storici fino a riaffaccirsi sul Trasimeno a Castiglion del Lago.
Oltre alla possibilità di percorrere il periplo del lago con i suoi numerosi centri turistici, l'anello consente di scoprire il parco del monte Peglia, il lago di Corbara e visitare Orvieto e il suo splendido Duomo. La salita più impegnativa è quella del Monte Peglia, ma non sono da sottovalutare le salite che portano a Castelviscardo, Ficulle e Montelone. Il fondo è buono e le strade sono poco trafficate. Si attraversano i centri di Castelviscardo, Ficulle, Montelone di Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Castiglion del Lago, Tuoro, Passignano, San Feliciano, Marsciano e, naturalmente, Orvieto.

The ring revolves around Lake Trasimeno, including the Umbrian territory on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. The route winds along the shores of the lake and then plunges into the hilly landscape that characterizes the area south to Marsciano, to then face the ascent of Monte Peglia and rejoin the UGT-SUD ring on Lake Corbara. The route then continues through the hills of Orvieto, passing through numerous historic centers until it reappears on the Trasimeno in Castiglion del Lago.
In addition to the opportunity to travel the circumnavigation of the lake with its many tourist centers, the ring allows you to discover the park of Mount Peglia, Corbara lake and visit Orvieto and its splendid Cathedral. The most demanding climb is that of Monte Peglia, but the climbs leading to Castelviscardo, Ficulle and Montelone are not to be underestimated. The fund is good and the roads are not very busy. We cross the centers of Castelviscardo, Ficulle, Montelone di Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Castiglion del Lago, Tuoro, Passignano, San Feliciano, Marsciano and, of course, Orvieto.
